At HJC Helmets, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit and style for your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the helmet in its original protective bag and box, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective films are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
